I love the shirts at threadless.com. I visited their Ravenswood office during the HOW Design studio tours, and had to buy two shirts before I left. I bought "Permafrost Pollution" because I like the polar bear at Lincoln Park Zoo, and "Who I Am" because it’s a great design on a light shirt. In addition to the great designs, another great part of threadless is that you (yes you!) can submit your own shirt designs, and if your design gets enough votes, you win $1000 and cool merch.
